oh yeah. it works hekka good and my baby loves watching cartoons while i whip the steering wheel. if you got off the hook kids like me, this is an excellent investment. just pop in the dvd and go where you need to go. did you know it is a touch-screen deck, too???? yeah. don't play no games. get it if you don't have it!!!!!!!!
This CD player came on time and was easy to install. The touch screen is very user friendly.
Got this on clearance for $148.00 and it is an awesome deal for that price! Easy install, motorized faceplate, CD, DVD, player perform as well as much higher priced models. Only reason didn't give it 5 stars is the faceplate dont indicate artist and song name on CD's or radio. Overall though you can't beat this unit when it comes to bang for the buck!
Playback stops from radio, cds, dvd & well everything stops when any menu is selected. There is no free tech support easily accessible. It only plays a handful of our dvd collection due to regional something or other. I can not get the bluetooth to work. The video quality is good. The remote is a little bit complicated(or so my friends and husband have told me). There is only one sub out(not 2 for an amplifier)All I really have to say is it's great for the $200 or so bucks, however if was much below my expectations. If you're just looking for a cheap way to watch a limited selection of movies(burnt movies work well) then I'd say this is golden. If you are looking for a way to improve upon your audio quality, this hardly holds it's own. (oh and you will most likely need some sort of spacer to install as the face will not attach to the unit if it is flush with the mounting kit & it defeats the purpose of detachable face if the unit itself is not locked in.)
The touch screen is responsive every now and then. bluetooth never worked. never been able to save a preset on the radio. And worst of all xovision customer service. they didnt send me the cage that the head fits in. I called XO customer service multiple times trying to get the cage, a refund or something. bottom line is if you want something cheap that looks nice get this. if you want any kind of quality buy something a little more expensive.
although the item does look good and the store description seems inviting there is no product support. An item like this should have some type of tech support or at least a manual that can accurately describe it's functions they do not even have a phone number to call and the email address they give seems to go no where I sent an email 2 weeks ago and have not heard from them. and it doe not do what the description states it does. all in all I will never buy this brand again.
