This keyboard met my expectations. Good quality item. Good sound.
Tone, large variety of uses. The versatility of the instrument benefits the beginner and any child who advances in music. Suggest additional purchase of Beginner books 1 and 2, and sticky fingers to mark keys. Takes away some of the inhibition of this large keyboard.
I got this for my seven year old Grandaughter for Christmas. She was able to play on it and figure out how to change from one instrument to another easily. She enjoys it a lot.
Concert in the making
Bought this for my granddaughter, age 12, learning piano. She needed something to practice on at Dad's house. She really likes this keyboard. It sounds great and is just what she needed.
A very good choice for our 8 year old granddaughter.
I bought the piano for 7 year old daughter. I dont know much about Keyboard, it works well, she loves it. The stand, power charger and the headphones was perfect. I had to play around a little bit with stand to understand how it stand upright and how it goes into the keyboard. Not sure why people are complaining about the stand. It could well be that they are assembling the right way. its an amazing buy for much less money than the local music shop!
I was looking for a keyboard I could use to learn to play music and practice on each day without the expense of a full piano. Probably silly of me not to realize how long this would be as it replicates a piano keyboard, but it is very nice and serves the purpose for which I bought it. Since I won't leave it out, I haven't set up the stand yet so can't say how much it works or doesn't for my purposes.
I am pleased with my new keyboard. I am not pleased with the stand. Although it is a good stand, it is not the stand that bolts to the keyboard that was promised in the add. It is the simple stand on which the keyboard just sits without being secured. I paid a few dollars extra for the bolting stand but it was not worth the hassle to have them correct their mistake. I am an adult just beginning lessons and I am well pleased with the keyboard. It has a great sound and I feel that it is well worth the price.
Purchased this bundle package for my family, the keyboard sounds great but the package accessories (power supply and stand) are just random items. The power supply cord is not a Yamaha cord and the stand does fit or attach to the keyboard. The holes on the stand do not line up with the holes on the keyboard. Is the manufacturer just making random stands or is Yamaha just choosing random stands to place with the package. If you going to offer a package to your customers; you should at least make sure all the pieces or parts fit together properly.
