My son loves it. It doesnt fall off of him during the night. So that means I get to sleep thru the night without a 2 yr old crying cause his blanket fell off.
This was bought for my 10 YR old son. He loves it. The colors (Black & Blue) are bright & rich. The fabric is very soft & comfortable. The comforter is lightwieght & thinner than what you would expect, however it is warm & actually is much better than a thicker one!! Reasonale price for this set!! Awesome Value!!!
I bought this for my son after we moved into a new house and he loves it! It's comfortable. It beats other bed in a bags because it comes with a bed skirt!
Bold colors, fits perfectly, looks great. The comforter is light weight and a blanket is needed as well on cold winter nights but it feels great and is very comfortable.
I could not have been happier with the set upon receiving it! The quality far exceded my expectations for the price! I would highly recommended this anyone looking to redo a child's bedroom for an afforadable price.
One thing that I really like about this bedding set is that it is a more muted, toned down, blue in person than the turquoise pictured. I was afraid of it being that bright girly blue. It is a nice color for a tween boys room and my son loves the pixelated effect on the fabric. The only thing that really concerned me about the set is that it states that the sham is reversible, but I don't feel it can be easy reversed and still look right because it doesn't reverse to all black. Therefore, there's one side that you can see through and then there's the tags and sewing showing. This however is a great set and a good deal. I wouldn't have purchased anything elsewhere. :)
The color was exactly what it appeared to be in the picture and it was the correct size. I think it's a bit thinner than I was expecting but it's very warm despite its density.
The material for the comforter is thin but it isn't bad because you can use it in the summer months. I haven't tried it on the bed yet but I believe it will fit alright. The material for the fitted, flat and pillows is ok as well. I bought this for my teenage son and I think it will be just right for him. I liked this set because it comes with everything - shams, bed skirt, etc. and it was the most affordable compared to other bed sets. He will most likely want something different in the next year so I didn't want to spend 100s on a set that will need to be replaced anyway.
I am only giving this 1 Star because it is NOT the turquoise color that it shows in the picture. It is BLUE! My son really liked the color in the picture and we were very disappointed. His room has been blue for 8 years and we wanted something different. It is VERY hard to find something reasonably priced for a teenage boy that isn't blue, red or black. Total bummer!
I guess I get what I pay for. The material of the comforter is very thin. It was more like a thin quilt than a comforter. I bought the full size set and the fitted sheet does not fit the bed...way too big! The material of the sheets were also very thin. I returned it and did not buy another bedding set.
