[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This drink mix really surprised me!! After drinking this I noticed not only myself more energized during the day but also that my face seemed smoother, my hair doesn't fall out as much and my nails growing faster than usual. This product is pretty cool! The taste isn't the best when you drink on its own, either drink it with water and ice for a refreshing drink on a hot day or you can add it to your tea on a cold day and it tastes delicious! It definitely gives you energy.. which was the #1 reason why I tried it. I'm a mother of 3 and I really needed it to work.. and it definitely did! I would drink this just for the energy but I didn't realize the added benefits to this would be so amazing! It's actually difficult to find an energy drink that you can take while breastfeeding... I breastfeed my one year old and I didn't notice any type of side effects like not being able to sleep or tummy aches on her so that made me extra happy! I've already recommended this to my mom and my mom friends! I love it!

I work 12hrs a day and there was no crash as you would expect from any synthetic energy source. Can't compare to any other product as this was my first time trying something luke this but I will be purchasing again and seeing what else this brand offers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product! I tried the berry flavor. The flavor was mild not overpowering so do not expect a juice type drink.. The energy keep me alert and sustained with no big crash . The energy comes from Green tea extract which has always been a good goto for me anyway so thought Id try this!! Does not disappoint! Good for studying or long toad trips .One envelope of the powder in a bottle of water .. Per instructions I would not drink more than one a day . Im a truck driver so energy with a crash is not good for me !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this product was more focused on herbs for energy, like ginseng. But I saw caffeine included, so most of the energy comes from that. I would have liked it more minus the caffeine. It only gave a temporary energy lift, and then a crash. I think there was more caffeine than is in a cup of coffee.

I can't say if I noticed the biggest difference in my energy while taking these but I did notice that maybe I felt just a little more productive than I usually would in the mornings. I would usually drink this before eating right in the morning and before work but overall it was a great product to try and maybe a good substitute for those who do not enjoy coffee or energy drinks

Since I don't have a hard time focusing, I thought I give this a try. But it turns out that this does not improve your focus. I mixed this with my tea that I drink every night.
