I have been taking Zantac for many years. I am unable to take PPI's and I am just as glad since they are really not good for you. I have found the brand name of Zantac works for my severe acid reflex. The store brands of Zantac do not work the same. I found this out the hard way when I ha a severe attack and I thought my stomach was on fire. I decided to try the brand name and within 48 hrs. I was feeling much better. There is a difference between the generic and brand name no matter what the DR. will tell you.
went thru a lot of other brands to help husband with relief of heartburn due to his many medications. Finally started using Zantac 150 and the results have been amazing. He now can lay down flat when sleeping, not always burping,the burning has subsided and he feels great. Because of feeling better it has also helped with his overall personality.He is back to being the husband that I can enjoy things with.
Just think how uncomfortable life would be without the TV remote, sun block, or the electronic toll device. Yet these pale in comparison to Zantac 150s. Fighting acid was a losing battle until this came along. What a fabulous product. Thanks for the hours of sleep that used to be lost to acid reflux that was my real nightmare.
My husband was diagnosed with a bleeding ulcer. He was told to take this. He's never had a problem again. I also take the 150 whenever I feel my stomach getting upset. I've told many friends that this is what everyone should carry in their purse and glove compartment of their cars!
I've been taking Zantac for many years, going back to when it was a prescription. It has been a lifesaver for me. Taking Zantac allowed my ulcer to heal ending the pain and discomfort I suffered. I take 1 nightly before bed as a preventative to hyperacidity. Bless you!!
My husband suffers from acid reflux/GERD. He also has high blood pressure, so he must be careful what other medications he takes with those meds. He has tried several prescription meds, all of which have caused problems with his blood pressure. Zantac has proven itself to work. He sleeps through the night without problems, and his blood pressure has stayed within the healthy range. He is very pleased with this product, and would recommend it to anyone.
I like to keep these on hand. If I can't sleep at night, for example, because I have gas on my stomach or bloating. Or if I wake up in the morning with a bloated stomach, these settle it down. I also keep some of them in my purse.
ZANTAC is like a dewy spring morning. It beings sunshine right into me. It is like a successful knight banishing a dragon that breathed fire,and burping and bloating. It reminds me of beautiful music and a good friend that is there to help you when you need one badly. I trust ZANTAC to do what is expected without arguing ar sassing or making a fuss. I have been a long time user or Prilosec. Unfortunately I became aware that it was detrimental to our bones. What to do? I have been using Zantac 150 as needed. It is not the absolute answer but it is far better than the chest pain I get when not taken.
although Zantac is a very good drug it has been a bad one for me. I still have heartburn and gaseous feelings. Even worse then I did before. Hope others have better luck.
