i wish i had some idea about that water pitcher before i bought my fridge with water filter! i tested water from tap it was 280, from my fridge it was 255, from pitcher it was 0!!! water already tastes perfect , this is best decision i have ever made for $25.

It leaks. I bought one it leaked so I returned it. Bought another one and it leaked too so I returned it and bought a different brand.
I've purchased 2 of the Zero Water products and both of them leaked at the handle at the bottom. Had to return both. Will NOT buy a third one!!!! Save your time and money. Don't buy the product!!!
I really like the pitcher, but discovered that the mystery pooling of water in my kitchen is from a leak in it! How do I return in? I compacted all the packing materials.
i purchased one had it shipped and it immediately started leaking water out by the handle. exchanged it and the second one had the exact same issue. wanted to love it, the filter works great but not going to be ok with a broken pitcher.
