It only took 3 nights for me to get used to this, but it started working on night one. Surprisingly, I now sleep with my mouth closed, so no longer wake up with a dry, sore throat. Hope it also works when sitting up, so I can fall asleep on planes without worrying about possibly snoring!
The ZQuiet has solved my snoring!! For years I had sleep apnea. I had surgery to correct it and it did wonders for me, yet I still snored depending on what position I was sleeping in. I did a bunch of research on-line and watched many independent (I hope) videos reviewing all the mouthguards that are available and decided to try this one. ZQuiet works for me. I wake up with my teeth a little sore every morning as I have quite the overbite, but its a small price to pay for not waking myself or my wife up in the middle of the night ... multiple times a night. And I only need the smaller Size Number 1 mouthguard. Thank you ZQuiet. Give it a try ...
After the #1 didn’t change my snore # on Snore Lab, I moved to #2. I was concerned because I have a very shallow gag reflex. The first day I used it every few hours for 10 min or so to get used to it. I popped it in the first night and it was fine. My snore number is so much lower. I’m sharing a room with my daughter on a 9 day trip to Spain and I did not want my loud snoring to keep her up. Zquiet is amazing. I’m not worried about going to sleep now and bothering anyone with tremendous snoring.
I have tried 4 other brands of mouth pieces for the snoring with no real solution to the problem, so I was skeptical about Zquiet. This is the only one you will ever need. Haven't snored since I been using Zquiet. Wished I would have tried y'all long before buying the other brands and the electric shock gadgets. Thank you Zquiet!
The ZQuiet Mouthpiece takes time and patience to get used too. You may even give up on it thinking you just can’t wear it in your mouth. Wake up in the middle of the night and take it out etc. If you persevere and keep trying you can eventually get used to it or at least tolerate it. The good news? It 100% works. My spouse indicated it was the quietest I have slept in a long time. I ran a snore lab test and not a single snore recorded! So again, it works. Just give it time and be patient.
Very happy with my ZQuiet purchase Product came in a timely manner and was priced just right not to expensive My wife has been very happy with the product and getting a full night's sleep because I am no longer snoring and keeping her up through the night Feeling like I am getting much deeper sleep I did just what the instructions said and had no issues with discomfort Would recommend this product to everyone having snoring issues I have tried many other products that claim to stop snoring with no success Thank you ZQuiet
Hello! I'm through the "adjustment" phase and have found a winning combination that's drastically reduced my snoring. Initially, I tried the smaller ZQuiet device and have continued using the SnoreLab app to track my snoring. Although my scores had increased over 20 through the winter on SnoreLab, once I started using ZQuiet, the number was reduced by only a few points. About two weeks ago, I added a fan to my routine, and voila, the SnoreLab number has returned to single digits! However, I will say that the quality of my sleep is better now that I'm not snoring as much, and the volume of any snoring has definitely reduced as well! So, find the routine that works for you. Be patient. I'm glad that I was.
This works really well. It's completely stopped my snoring. Only issue is that it really hurts my teeth. I don't know if a moldable version would work better but I end up using it sparingly to avoid putting too much pressure on my teeth. I feel like a moldable version would lock into all my teeth better and take pressure off of the couple in front that take all the pressure.
I've only been using it a few days, so there may be an adjustment period. But after wearing it, my jaw hurts and my teeth biting down is a bit painful for a while. My wife has said I am snoring less when I wear it though, so it seems to be helping with that. I just hope that I'm not trading one problem for another.
Neither mouthpiece “made a dent” in my snoring. Product was worthless, certainly no where near worth the $70 price tag!
