my husband, my son and i bought one. We love them and the slide lock is great. mine is pink and my husbands is black.
It's good but doesn't keep water cold.
It's a great cup my son uses it for school easy to clean.
he actually loves his cup I didn't think he would like it but it's starting to be his favorite
These cups are super tough. The autistic man I work with has broken the flap lids off as he throws them down on the floor very hard constantly. Other than that their is really no damage to them and have held up for over a year! Very functional and work exceptionally well for him. I just bought a second set so he has extra when we go out on trips and for when others are in dishwasher. I just began taking the straws off and washing them separately still running the lids and cups through the dishwasher. 2 straws have warped over time and misplacement in the silverware section of the dishwasher (dried heat setting on) but really not bad considering they have been through the dishwasher probably 400+ times
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves drinking out of water bottles and he has mostly been using mine which are a little too big for him so I decided to cave and get him is own. For starters I love that this has a straw so it's easy for him to drink and not likely to spill. I also like that this has a button to hide the straw and lock it so it doesn't risk spilling in his backpack or lunch bag and it does have a lock switch so there is no accidentally pressing the button. Size wise I feel like this is the perfect amount for him to drink and the opening is big enough to actually put ice inside to keep whatever they are drinking cold since it is plastic the container doesn't maintain the cold for long so that's helpful that I can actually put ice in. Last thing I really love is being able to throw his water bottle in the dish washer at the end of the day to make sure it's clean for the next day and not worry about it warped and I feel like it would get throughly cleaned. Overall I love this water bottle for my little one and will probably pick up a few more for backups.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son likes it because it's very portable. The straw isn't hard so he doesn't hurt himself. The bottle is transparent and you can see if it has any leftovers. There is also a lock function so the bottle will not open up.
My 5 year old twin boys loved these for their lunchbox and so did I, if locked they do not leak, great size, and very nice. we used them for 6 months than I noticed disgusting mold on the rubber inside the top!!! I did everything I could but could not get it out. These were hand washed, scrubbed and air dried daily. I would actually buy them again, just keep an eye and know that they will only be great for about 5 months. :)
lid leaks and is basically useless 👎🏼
This water sturdy-looking bottle lasted precisely two weeks of use by a 6 year old. We were hoping it would be good and were thinking of buying a second one to swap out for school. Trial run failed. The rubber "finger ring" broke first. No big deal as you can just tie it back up, and doesn't really affect the function overall. The rotten part was the snap-down lid. It broke completely off, so now it can't be sealed. It's in the trash.
