When I bought this I really thought that right after I used it huge chunks of wax would jump out of my ears, however that is not the case. You really need to follow the instructions, leave the solution in your ear for the full amount of time then when flushing it out will need to use full pressure with the included syringe. You will then need to repeat the process MULTIPLE TIMES until you will see results. The first time I did it only a tiny piece of wax came out however if you continue to use it you will see the results that are promised.

I followed the instructions exactly and had great success in cleaning out my ears. Will definitely use this product again!
