I have no idea why anyone would return this. im stumped. I read a number of reviews picking apart tiny imperfections or stitches that are visible or messed up hairdo...geez... those reviews are such a bummer (a human made it...i could never sew and construct something like this and im amazed someone else can). the mane will be crumpled from shipping, shake it out. its very silky soft and pettable. i didnt go over this with a microscope and a flashlight searching for sewing flaws but I can tell you it is stunning overall, well designed (the face is gorgeously airbrushed and is just perfect) and made with high quality, soft materials. it was a gift and was well recieved and would absolutely make a good gift for a kid or adult. if i could afford it I would buy all of their giant plush animals.

Love this lion! He was a last minute purchase after realizing that he was the only thing my daughter kept asking for. He was half the price of my local stores and arrived by the date projected. He was thankfully a little smaller than I thought. The 6' is from tip to tail. His mane was flat from shipping but we fluffed him up and he looks great. He does shed a little. My 7 year old loves him and I smile every time I look at him.
