I purchased this for my grandson (2 months old now) because he has been sleeping in an inclined sleeper. This bassinette is sturdy, and the see-through mesh is perfect for keeping a watchful eye on your infant without getting out of bed. I'd definitely recommend this product!

I absolutely love this item!!!!! I have two of them (one in each color). I have one upstairs as a co-sleeper next to my bed and one downstairs that I "wheel" around the house all day. The size is perfect because it fits through any doorway. I used it for my middle son until he was able to sit on his own. The storage underneath is great for blankets, bibs, burpcloths, and just about anything because it is very spacious. Best of all...it is VERY easy to put together! :)

I got this for my daughter to use with her first child. It has been a good purchase she loves having it so close to her bed and with the side that comes down you only have to open your eyes to take a quick peek at the baby without having to get up.

Not sure yet how this will handle our twins, we'll see in 14 weeks. Was disappointed it went on sale for $20 less than what we paid for the two a few weeks earlier.

My husband and I spent several hours trying to put this thing together before we realized the manufacturer sent the wrong part. The two end rails are not supposed to be identical. We called the number in the instruction booklet three times before we could get a human. At other times, we called during the hours of operation (Pacific Time) but only got a machine. Today I finally spoke to a customer service rep and she admitted they sent the wrong piece. I was asked to take pictures of the rails and the manufacturer's sticker and email them along with a copy of the receipt. She did not apologize for the mistake, in fact she seemed aggravated that I was going to need the missing piece! I have no idea whether or not the product deserves a good rating, I have not used it yet. I am giving the low rating for Arm's Reach customer service and my wasted time trying to assemble, not the bassinet.
