I started taking this product around the 3rd month of 2021 after trying several other products that didn't work. Yes it's a little bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. I take one pill with each meal. Since I had both knees replaced and developed tendinitis on my left foot I stop exercising and gained over 40lbs in 3 years. I tried all kind of products on the market that promised to give results but none of them worked for me so I stopped trying. On January 2020 I decided to give a try to Alli, of course I was kind of skeptical at first because nothing I tried before worked but for my surprise a week later I had lost 5lbs so I started limiting eating bread, rice and sugars, didn't eat anything fried, that's all I did and 5 months later I have lost 30lbs without exercising. Of course, there's always cons like when you eat fat you have unwanted discharges which makes you realize that you have to eat healthier. It forces you to change your eating habits, and once you do the side effects go away. I would say it in about 2 weeks my body acclimated. After about six weeks modest weight loss was noticeable, but its enough to feel successful and motivates you to keep trying.
