NOTE: To customize- Submerge tray in hot but NOT BOILING water (70-80 Celsius or 158-176 Fahrenheit) for 15-25 seconds. Remove from water and let cool for about 15 seconds while shaking off excess water. Put the tray in your mouth, making sure to get teeth comfortably in the grooves. Bite firmly into the tray while sucking the air out of it. Push tray against teeth with your fingers. Do not bite through tray. Remove tray and submerge in cold water for 1 minute.
