My son and my husband like to run these agility races so I thought this might be good for getting their foot work together. It is very lightweight and it comes in a nice bag with a reusable zip tie so that you can put it away quickly. Being that it is lightweight, if you snag your foot on it, and you don't have it put into the ground for stability, it will come up with your foot .It has snaps on both ends if you wanted to attach other ladders to this product which is nice if you want to make it longer. This is pretty long to begin with it stretches across my family room which is where we were using it because it's just been too cold to go outside. It was a fun little family agility course inside!

I got this to add to our home workout. I used them often at the gym And as much as I love to hate it, I can always see improvement when Using it. This speed ladder is perfect for our needs! It doesn't move around Alot and takes 2 seconds to put out and put up! I like that it comes with A bag to store it in. If you are looking for something simple and quick, this Is the speed ladder for you!

A speed ladder had been on my home gym wish list for some time. Therefore, we were exited to take this for a spin. A opened it up in my kitchen and my five year old was in heaven. We are big on listening to music (instead of watching Tv) and he instantly started a dance routine going back and fourth on this. Getting kids moving can be tough these days but this was an unexpected bonus. The ladder is well made and folds up and travels well. It's not heavy so it will move around unless mounted to the ground some how (stakes). You can also use on grass, sand, concrete, carpet, etc. Hundred of drills and cardio exercise options. A great addition to the home gym.

This Speed Ladder is easy to set up and use. I took it out of the box and it was in a nice bag. I unraveled the ladder and laid it on my living room floor to use in a work out for a bit of cardio. I was able to easily run in between the ladder steps and it allowed me to hike my legs up higher than I normally due which is something I need to do more. I like this for both outdoor and indoor use, since it has the option for putting tent spikes in the rings. I recommend this for anyone who needs one for specific sports training or for someone like me who likes to do more than just jumping Jack's, burpees, or using a jump rope for cardio work outs.

This is kind of cheaply made with low quality plastic and fabric. I don't foresee it being an issues unless the ground you are using this on is uneven and hard. If you step on the plastic it might break. It is a really nice length. Came with a very handy storage/travel bag.
