Better Homes & Gardens Extra Absorbent Towel Collection, 1 Each

This is a really nice wash cloth. After several uses in the shower it has managed to stay soft despite our having very hard water. Impressive! I would buy more of these.

I bought the wash cloths and was surprised by how soft they were. There were only 2 colors, I got one of each, a purple and a turquoise. The colors were brilliant and still are after several washings.

My mother was looking for green hand towels/wash cloths to go with some towels she already had. She was very pleased when she received these BH&G towels. They were the perfect shade of green and good quality. The towels are soft and are rich looking.

I have bought many towels over the years, but these are the best I've ever used. My daughter-in-law had them, so I asked here where she got them. I then ordered some for myself. They are so soft, and I DO NOT use fabric softener. So far I've only washed them once, and the lint was minimal. Hopefully the color will hold up as I purchased them in a deep purple (eggplant).

These are my dream towels. I have been using them for years. They have a good feel, launder well, and are the perfect color. However, my recent attempt to order more turned into a nightmare. The wrong color was sent THREE times over a period of four weeks. The first time I was told to keep the incorrect product, but when the replacements were wrong I had to pack them up and return them. I was told to re-order and I had the towels sent to the store that time. What arrived was still the wrong color. It was a problem with the UPC code. The store manager offered to order, but when his order arrived it was a newer product--not the same towel at all--and I learned that the towels I wanted are being phased out and replaced by this newer brand in the same color but much cheaper quality. What a shame. I have visited several Walmart stores in my area, and all of them have these towels on their shelves, but only one or two of each--not enough to purchase and risk all the returns I would have to do if I couldn't complete the number I need. All in all, I am definitely NOT satisfied with my experience.
