Fits 4 people 2 comfortably unless you want to be on top of one another. Works great took 14 hours to heat. Got to 104 stayed warm for about 30 minutes (dropped 5degrees after a half hour which wasn't bad felt good ! Overall very happy with my hot tub
Easy setup for the most part EXCEPT the directions are mostly pictures that are unclear. Please do yourself a favor and YouTube the instructional video it will save you tons of frustration! Be prepared to wait as it does take about 3 days to warm up to the highest temp of 104 degrees. ALSO, comes with a screw in dispenser for spa chemicals BUT does NOT come with any sanitizer tablets or spas chemicals so make sure to buy them as they are separate. Once it gets hot enough and you fire up the jets, it feels amazing!!!
Read a ton of reviews on all the portable tubs. I've used plenty of hot tubs but didn't want something permanent due to the fact that I am building a garage/man cave in the next few months. First off, and not a negative but calling apples apples, it's a Bubble Tub. They are not jets. And secondly, it is a bit loud inside. Hums when circulating and loud when using the bubbles. With that said, for the money and what it does for me and my aches, it's the best money I've spent for a short term solve. Easy fast set up, easy maintenance. Get the extra filters right away. First run seems to pick up a bunch of stuff even after cleaning it before using it. But they are easy to remove and clean out pretty simple. I put mine in my basement due to the cold Wisconsin winter so I can't say how well it will heat below freezing. As long as you don't expect a $4000. hot tub experience out of a $400 dollar Bubble therapy Tub you will be happy. Overall very satisfied with the Tub.
We picked up the hot tub, got it setup., filled it with water, then turned on the heat. the next day was going to use it and the pump had quit working. Called the company, said there has been a problem with the pumps, but on back order so have to wait weeks to get one. This does not make for a happy person.
After lots of research and on line reading of reviews I decided on this one. My primary concern was how it would hold up in single digit weather. It is great. It keeps the spa at a decent level while bubbles are on and if I want to heat up I just turn bubbles off. The set up was a piece of cake. I did get some chemicals before it arrived so I was prepared to treat the water. I owned a full size 6 person spa before and this one is an amazing little spa. It's very comfortable and the bubbles are much more powerful then I expected. Make sure your ground is level. It's been in the low single digits for multiple days and the pump is working beautifully.
