Don't sleep on this item!!! Works as good as my prescription one %26 it uses batteries which gets costly, quickly. This is RECHARGEABLE… Comes with a full charge so you can use it right out the gate It has 2 channels with 2 pads each and you can set the A to be different than the B channel There are so many different patterns to choose from so if you want it to feel like more of a deep massage vs say dry needling (think that's what the pic is? Unclear) Only thing I wish was better is that 2 of the 4 pads were more sticky as 2 of the 4 came off a few times on first use. Also not sure where you even get new pads so someone please reach out I LOVE the nice little thing they sent to stick pads too so you don't have to fumble with trying to get the plastic back on them. There's one for your A channels %26 your B channels I also like that the pads SNAP on instead of additional wires/plugs to worry about or tangle. This is a great buy! Would absolutely purchase again. I have purchased 3 of these over the past 3 years. The lead plugs break within a few months - usually within a few weeks after the return policy date. The wires aren't very sturdy. They can be easily damaged. This time it's the battery that is defective. It will not charge. I have only had this latest unit for about 6 weeks.

I'm really glad I took the time to read some of the other buyers' reviews before deciding on this device. I can't say that I disagree with any of the positive comments I've seen. It works even better than I had pictured. It has a lot of power, and the various modes are distinctly different from each other, allowing you to find which ones work best for you. I love four or five of them, but I still use almost all of the others as needed. The product quality and battery life are at least on par with other TENS/EMS units that cost double or even more in some cases. And I can say with confidence that this is effective in relieving my most painful areas. It's mostly for my neck from an old car accident, but I tried it on my lower back because I used to have serious pain there last year, and I still occasionally get sore. This really helped!

Unfortunately my children bought me one without telling me as a gift and I didn't know until after the item had been shipped. I had to return my order to maintain peace in the family. However the service from the seller and Walmart was first rate and I have absolutely no complaint.
