I bought this during my pregnancy because it was on sale and at the time had decent reviews. I regret this because now that we've actually used it it's too late to return and now there's actually accurate reviews. The video quality is fine. People saying it's not like the pictures in the listing are of course right but those are simulated images so anyone expecting that must not have much experience with these types of cameras. What I really hate about this is the tablet and app. The tablet has the worst battery life. It doesn't even survive a full nap (two hours) when in sleep mode. I had the video streaming for less than ten minutes when the baby was fussing and it got too hot to touch. There's no way this tablet could safely be used through the night or without being plugged in. It's also so quiet (can hear the baby across the house better than through the tablet) and there's no way to do just sound without video. The tablet is useless to us and we're now looking for another monitor all together. This was such a waste of money.

Pretty crappy baby monitor, battery life is horrible. Picture quality is very blurry. Sound is very staticky. Such a slow device that take forever to boot up

Don't buy they sent me a used item twice. quality is really bad. volume is really low and the battery life is the worst.

The monitor does not have very much battery life, for me to be able to hear or see my child sleeping through the night it had Sri stay on the charger, and then it literally busted the screen off because got so hot from me having to keep it on the charger. It lasts maybe an hour if your lucky when it's not plugged in. The quality is terrible and if your not in the same room as the camera it hardly stays connected. It also lags really really bad.
