Fisher-Price Patient and Doctor Kit with Accessories

the shot toy broke very easily and a spring shot out of it, I am so glad we saw it happen and threw that part of the kit away, could be a serious choking hazard

We received the Patient and Doctor kit to try and review and it has been a hit. The Patient apron is colorful, detailed and educational with some child friendly surprises. My son loves the tweezers. We've had several pretend dermatology sessions! This is a great product to help encourage imaginary play. All the tools are a strong material. Some are plastic and some are wood like material. The storage bag is made of a soft material and each piece of doctor equipment has it's own place. This made clean up and storage quick and easy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We received this product as part of the play, rate, review program. The doctor apron was nice and I liked that it wasn't the typical doctor or nurse apron that comes with most doctor kits. I would have liked to see more food pieces to put in the stomach. I liked the plastic shot syringe and the stethoscope, but think the reflex tool and thermometer should have also been plastic. The Wood seems like good quality, but plastic seems like it would be a better option for a child that might want to play pretend and put the thermometer in their mouth. My son is 3.5 years old and usually likes things like this doctor kit, but he didn't seem too interested in this one. He will play with it for a few seconds at a time and lose interest.
