Fisher-Price StoryBots Figure Pack

My daughters LOVE the show to begin with, so obviously I jumped at being able to receive the figures to review. The toys themselves are pretty sturdy. They've already survived being dropped and even stepped on. The only downfall to the toys, is the paint. I don't know if my oldest daughter (who scratches at everything) scratched the paint off the hands or if it was just their playing rough with it. Otherwise, these are great little figures. Definitely impressed on the overall sturdiness of the toys. My daughters were taking the figures EVERYWHERE and it's definitely an added bonus that they were able to play with them in water. Received the StoryBots toy set and despite the fact that only the arms have the ability to move my son really enjoys playing with them, I wish that each StoryBot character in this set would say a learning word or short phrase but I guess it's good to leave it up to the individual child's imagination and maybe use them to play along while watching the show on Netflix. Overall quality and colors are great, size is good too especially for carrying in a small backpack or purse. Definitely would recommend this StoryBots toy set to other small children especially if they enjoy watching it on Netflix. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We received the StoryBots about a week ago and have been playing with them almost everyday. My daughter recognized the different characters right away and dove into playing stories from the show and added them into play with other toys. Great colors, great face details. The StoryBots figures teleported into our living room via an inviting package that looks just like the tubes used on the show. We are delighted at the quality of the figures, which are made of a solid, tough plastic with moveable arms. Since the toys come in a package all together, our child launched right into imaginative play, and the StoryBots have accompanied us in the car and outside in the yard. My son has loved StoryBots for a long time so I was excited to find these figures. He has played with them non-stop since we got them. All the characters are vibrant and their expressions match the show perfectly. They are sturdy and stand on their own which is nice since my son loves to put them on top of vehicles and roll them around. Their arms move as well in their sockets but don't feel like they will come apart despite being pulled on. My only "con" would be that the names of the characters appear nowhere on the figure or box. I had to look up the names online and take a small marker to the feet to remember who was who. Overall, these figures are super cute and we love the use them to reenact episodes around our house!
