My husband and I are always looking for a good dark roast, so when we saw this one, we ordered it. While it has a good flavor, it is nowhere close to a dark roast in fullness. It is smooth, but rides more like a medium roast at best. I think if you made it on a 6 ounce cup you could get by, but on the medium cup, which is 8 ounces, it fell short for us. If you like black coffee, it could also work, but it does not have the body to withstand any cream or sugar. Disappointing for us and we will not be buying it again.
it's 1 of my "go to flavors" all the time. The smootness, comfort %26 flavor are bar none, the best. My only issue, is that price was cheaper during spring/summer months and apparently with Fall soon upon us, price has risen. Obviously more popular during Fall. And yes, even with price increase, i will still continue to purchase. a real "comfort" flavor.
Nice light blend. No funny aftertaste. I drink my coffee black and this goes down smooth
Love the Nantucket blend. They did something different to my Black rifle Loyalty. So I've been searching for something I liked as well, and Green Mountain Nantucket has stopped my search. It is also a better price. In this economy, that's a win, win for me.
