I am thrilled with the all-in-one HP Officejet Pro 7680. The quality is great, speed is terrific, and it's easy to use. I especially like the document feeder and duplex printer. I gave it 4 stars overall only because it's a bit noisy and shakes when it prints. Pretty minor issues. I plan to add the second paper tray, so I can print 8.5 x 14 paper without unloading and reloading the 8.5 x 11.

Purchased new. This unit has been nothing but trouble from day 1 The ADF consistantly wants to take more than 1 sheet and the two way communications is always a problem. Using windows xp you would think it would be plug and play. however it is not. I am very frustrated with this unit.

I have used HP products for more than 15 years, this is the first HP product that I have had problems. I can not make more than 10 copies at a time or the feeder will pick up 3or 4 sheets of paper, the quality of print is very poor, not even close to the quality of my HP 5550.

I have been using the L7680 for about 5 months and have found that it always does exactly what it said on the tin (sorry box). The print quality is great and the speed impressive. If I had to be critical the noise level is higher than some ink jets but it is moving much faster! After about 3000 prints I am still on the original colour cartridges and about two thirds through a large size black having used up the small black supplied with the first 1000 prints. Although double sided printing is slower than single sided it is so reliable that I can set up the print job and go do something else without having to watch if it has grabbed two sheets or got stuck, as happened when I tried to print double sided on my previous printer by running the job twice.

I am a very long time hp customer I am having many problems with this printer. can not go wireless black ink always showes up empty even after changing the cartridge. Have only printed 2 pages on the first cartridge. very loud not windows vista frendly I wish that I did not purchase this all in one. I urchased a new laptop and wanted this all in one to be a extra printer in my new sub office. I wish that I could give a better review I love hp products. disapointed john
