Instant Pot - Omni Plus 18L 10-in-1 Air Fryer Toaster Oven - Silver

My screen controls stop working and I could no longer adjust the cooking time. If you search this issue on Google, you will see it is a common issue. I had my unit for 2 years. If you're lucky your screen will break within 1 year and you should get a replacement. Otherwise, you cannot buy replacement parts and you have to trash your $250 unit. A lot of things nowadays are engineered to fail so that you have to keep buying new appliances. Stay away from this unit and this brand

Other negative reviews are on point about the rack falling down, but the real problem is the oven itself is slightly too wide, as the flat sheet pan falls too. It seemed to fit fine at first, so maybe the materials can't withstand the heat without warping. The crumb tray also bent very easily while scrubbing it.I could deal with all of that, but now something is wrong with the door, and the oven stops working and says 'open' if you so much as breathe on it wrong. One rivet has fallen/broken off, and the door doesn't sit even on the front of the appliance (this was NOT due to abuse). Worked great and was very useful while it lasted, but in the grand scheme of things, not worth the money.

Not as good as the original. No instant temperatures like the original, everything has to be manually put in. The original was easy to use, press a button tell it what meat and the temperature came up. Want to reheat something it gave you choices. This one does not. Will probably return it and look into a different brand

The wire rack is a millimeter or two off and the rack falls anytime you put anything heavier than a piece of toast on it. Absolutely ridiculous. My wife and I have been burned so many times using this thing. If you're looking for a quality product, then look somewhere else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Instant™Omni™ Plus  has become my most used appliance in my gadget obsessed kitchen. I need to first day it took quite a while for me to get used to the way the different functions "cook" compared to it's single function counterparts that fill my cupboard space. The toast function was frustrating, over 5 minutes for 2 slices of regular bread on the 2nd level and still wasn't crispy enough so I popped it up a level which then burnt my bread(now I just stand there and watch it with the handy dandy inside light on ready to pounce on the cancel button) The air fry function is our favorite- crispy evenly cooked fun foods without the mess and hassle of the deep fryer(which now is at the donation bins of the thrift store lol). Baking was the worst to adapt my recipes to, many many burnt meals later I have finally mastered the difference in temperature and time compared to my regular full size oven. I'm really thrilled that most of my bakeware fits in this generous sized unit so I'm still able to serve full size meals. The rotisserie was probably the easiest part for me to master, injecting a chicken like I always do then taking it for a spin led to a perfectly evenly browned tender juicy chunk of yummyness(the kids thought it came from the big club store!) And cleanup is almost nonexistent, soapy hot water with no need to scrub or soak. The vented sides do get quite warm as expected and it takes a while to cool down but now that I've ditched all of the other small appliances for this beauty she happily stays put on the counter in all her shiny sleek modern looking glory ready to go on her next mission. Very pleased with the Omni™ Plus now that I'm familiar and comfortable with the way it "cooks"....
