This timer is great for a guesstimate of next feedings and timing my pumping schedule. Yes, newborns have different routines than older children; however, this timer is a life saver, and allows me to focus on my baby instead of the clock. The bottom L/R switch indicates which breast was used last - another life saver. Setting the time and timers is easy: read the directions. Nothing sets itself, not even a smartphone.

When I recieved this item in the mail, it was WAY smaller than I thought it was going to be! It's only a few inches tall and looks WAY bigger in the picture. Product features are great but it seems like it will be hard to read since the screen is smaller than my cellphone. Also, the buttons are VERY tiny. About half the size of my pinky nail. I havnt used this item yet because my baby is due at the end of this month, but it just seems like it wont be as easy or convienant as i thought. Especially when I'm tired with a newborn and trying to find small buttons and read small things. I'm going to keep the item and try it out after my baby is bor. i will update my review after that/

This is such an awesome product! No more having to think "when was the last time I..." because the Itzbeen keeps track of it for you! Just glance at the screen to see how long it has been since a diaper change or feeding. It is especially helpful for nursing moms because it is very easy to forget which side the baby was fed on last. This has a little tool to keep track of that, too. It would be a perfect shower gift!

It's tough being a new mom and trying to remember everything. This timer helps me gauge how long my little guy has been sleeping, how long it has been since I changed him, and how long it has been since he ate. Of course, the baby will let you know it's needs, but the timer helps you anticipate.

Great product - especially for the first couple weeks when breastfeeding and trying to figure out how long my baby was eating and that last time that he ate. The only thing I would have liked more was if it had a counter on it to keep track of the amount of times he ate in a 24 hour period.
