KidKraft Arbor Crest Wooden Swing Set / Playset with Table and Bench

KidKraft should be ashamed of themselves for the poor quality of their product. We splurged on this item even as a Black Friday sell for our son's Christmas gift. We started to assemble the weekend before Christmas and are in SHOCK! The number stamp to label what piece goes where is barley there. The first couple of numbers show but you can't see the last number that is imperative to knowing what piece you are needing. And there are so many pieces! The estimated assembly time is 8 hours but WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING WHERE ANYTHING GOES TO ASSEMBLE IT! I would return it if I had time but I'm so afraid we won't get another before Christmas in time. The assembly fee was more than the actual swing set but I see why now. My husband and father in law aren't builders by trade, but are certainly good at tinkering and have made or put together a lot of projects with no problem. This has had them stumped for the last 3 hours so I'm on my phone trying to find another swing set available in store that we can afford. I will never purchase from this brand again. Ever!

My jungle gym arrived repackaged because the original packaging ripped. It was all just thrown into the new box with broken pieces of plastic and missing hardware. I hands fully my husband and I are handy and we're able to get it out together but when we got to the slide we realized where the broken plastic came from, there's a HUGE crack along the top of the slide! Honestly if we could just get that one piece of the slide replaced I would be incredibly happy with my purchase even though assembly was a nightmare and we had to use a lot of our own hardware. It's a solid piece of play equipment if only it was handled properly! I was trying to go to my order to file some sort of complaint but there is no option for me to do that besides returning the entire thing (I only need one piece of the slide replaced, I'm not gonna return the entire thing that took us two days to build)

Beware!!! Do not waste your time or money on this! I took all parts out of the boxes to find many pieces of wood damaged

Pretty decent quality for the price point. Wood is very light so not as durable as one of the more expensive swing sets like a rainbow brand one. But for the price I am happy with the purchase as higher quality ones of similar size are $2000 . Took a full day to build. I built it myself, but would recommend having someone assist you.

Check weight limit because it’s only 110 pounds. It comes in one large box and you won’t believe it’s all on there, but it is. The transport company didn’t get in any hurry to get it to us. We had to call and insist they find it.
