I have had several different smart locks now and this one is unfortunately the worst of the bunch. Dont get me wrong, cool features in practice but living with it is really terrible. I cannot wait to get a different lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock looks great but touch to unlock is unreliable and needing to pull out keys defeats the purpose of buying an expensive lock. The tradeoff of bluetooth over wifi to save energy means the lock status can only be known or updated if you're near the lock, which again, defeats the purpose of a smart lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love with this lock immediately after installing it on my front door and gate. It looks like a ordinary lock but can be opened remotely with my phone. It is extremely useful especially when I have groceries in my hands. The Bluetooth function allows the door to unlock by itself when in closed proximity. I also like how I can lock and unlock the door by touching the lock. It's a very useful feature as I do not need to take out my phone nor do I need to use my keys when I leave the house. Just a simple touch on the lock and it'll do its job. Will be ordering another one for my back door soon.

It is really good looking but performance has been disappointing, to be honest. Touch seems to be touchy when unlocking so we switched to open upon approach and the timing of that works great sometimes and others has you waiting and touching and sometimes reaching for a key to open. Also, we've already replaced a battery, much quicker than expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Level Lock Touch is brilliantly engineered, solid, and has a sleek, timeless design that blends in with all sorts of decor. It works great with HomeKit and the app is simple and easy to use. The touch feature doesn't really get used in our household though - if I were to purchase another smart lock I'd definitely buy Level Lock again, but I'd get the non-touch version.
