Mainstays Betty Crocker 2.3qt Tea Kettle

The tea pot is great looking. I never realized how hard it would be to find a tea pot in a store under $50. This is a nice one!

I thought the kettle looked nice and the handle was unique and interesting. I assumed that the handle would perform it's job of allowing you to handle the hot kettle without burning yourself. Wrong. The nifty handle design is pointless and I have to use an oven mitt every time I use it. And on top of that, it doesn't even whistle loudly. I find boiling water in a pot to be comparable in convenience to this product.

This stainless steel tea kettle is more durable than expected and has a nice appearance. The online price was WAY BELOW the store price.
