it's a piece of junk, it could not hold a wi-fi conection at any place I can connect at with other devices, the manual should be called a quick start guide, had no troubleshooting section, it died after a week, and the worst think is when I tried to contact them for assistance their websit is "GPS for Dummies" it doesnt even list this model, when I emailed them I never got a response, when I called 3x I waited for over an hour when I finally got thru I waqs greeted by someone with a very thick accent who could not help me set up the device or resolve any of my issuse. their best suggestion was to email customer service and get an RMA #
The tablet is great but it freezes now and again but I just press the reset butten and boom back to normal, other than that it's great!!!!!!!
I had to take this product back to the store on the same day I purchased it. It kept freezing up and I couldn't use it.
I bought this tablet for my 7 year old son this past Christmas (12/2011) because he loves to play games on my husbands I-Pod (but there was no way I was buying a 7 year old an I-Pod). I bought this tablet because, I knew how to work the Android system on my phone and thought it would be good enough for my son to get games to play on. This tablet could not do the very thing I needed it to do, and that was download games...I kept getting this non-sense error of "no internet connetion", but we could get on the internet and you tube all we wanted, just not able to download games. I am/was very disappointed. I will never buy a Maylong product again. By the way - customer service was a joke in trying to fix the problem.
I purchased the tablet online. When I got it charged up it would power on then shut off. I sent an email to the Maylong contact us, I have had no response. a couple of days went by it started working for a few days. Then it went off and will not come back on. I'm upset at the Maylong company, but would like some kind of help. It says not to return it to the store but.... Thank you for letting me get this out there.
