Choice of Microsoft Xbox One X with BONUS Red Dead Redemption 2 Special Edition Game and BONUS Controller and Currency Card

So I purchased this for my son for Christmas and unfortunately had purchased the wrong one. On Christmas morning after he un wrapped it and seen it was the wrong one I immediately ordered him the right one. So after contacting the seller telling him the issue and it's perfectly brand new and unopened that I honestly purchased the wrong one. I was told I could t return it because I was past the return date. How is anyone supposed to meet a return date when you buy something for a Christmas gift?? So I'm basically told to eat almost $600. Beware of purchasing as a gift and having any issue because if you're past the date before you give a brand new product to anyone, you'll lose your money.

Please know that this item is RECONDITIONED. That is not mentioned anywhere in the ad. It is despicable to take advantage of the shortage, price a reconditioned product at the same level as a new one and try to take advantage of unsuspecting consumers. I am disappointed that WALMART would allow this practice.

After paying 60.00$ for rushed delivery. UPS gave my package to the church next door to me 2 days late. Lucky for me I stopped the UPS driver to find out where my package was and retreived it from the church. The xbox one x looks to be used and missing some packageing. When I set it up it turned on long enough to get on line and download a few games then it shut off and wont stay on when restarted. I ordered this Xbox from Walmart threw a 3rd party, so Walmart said they cant or wont do anything until this 3rd party vender contacts me to rectify this problem. Be wary of what you order from Walmart.com, make sure its coming from Walmart and not a 3rd party other wise your problems will only be starting when you receive a faulty product and try to return and or replace it. This was my 1st and now my last time ordering anything online with Walmart.

Bought a 1 s a couple years ago liked it but it was definitely lacking. A couple months ago bought a 1 x off of ebay before people started price gouging and really liked it. Much faster than the 1 s we had. We decided that we would like to play games together online since there aren't many split screen options so I bought this one because I was tired of the 1 s and its slowness so I ordered this one from walmart. It is great my internet connects better than it did on the s and it is so much faster I am definitely happy with this purchase but I dont want to have to buy another one. If you want a fast xbox go with the x if you can find it it's so much better.

We received this today. It was definitely used even though it wasn't advertised as used or refurbished. When we turned it on, it automatically signed us in to someones account. They clearly had not scrubbed the info. The box was not wrapped in plastic and was in a different language. The Xbox live gold 3 month trial was not in the box. The tamper screw cover was also missing. I will say we called Nationwide Distributors and got ahold of someone right away. He sent an email and asked that I respond to it and send him pictures. We called an hour after we sent the email and he verified he received it. He emailed me a return shipping label and I dropped it off immediately and obtained the tracking info. He said he clicked on the full refund option. Once they receive it, we will get our money back. Dealing with customer service was easy. I would not recommend buying from them though.
