Miss Jones Baking Co. Gluten-Free Carrot Cake and Muffin Mix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big carrot cake fan and these muffins were delicious. You could really taste the carrots sweetness and the icing was delicious. I was surprised due to it being gluten free. And the texture was moist and soft. The packaging was cute. Miss Jones is a beautiful lady. I'd recommend you try these.

They were very easy to make and only needed minimal ingredients added. They were absolutely delicious. Definitely much better than other gluten free products I have tried. I will definitely buy them again.

I am a fan of carrot cake and was eager to try this kit, especially since this is gluten-free. I made carrot cake muffins and not only did it taste like carrot cake, the ingredients are natural. I opted not to use the cream cheese icing since I did not want to add extra sugar The muffins were tasty without being heavy. I will definitely purchase this product ! It is low calories, low fat gluten-free, and tasty!

It taste amazing- it doesn't have that weird artificial flavor a lot of box mixes have and you cannot tell it's gluten free! The icing is conveniently included in the package- but if your an icing lover, I would recommend purchasing your own separately, as the type given is more of a glaze than traditional cream cheese frosting that you would get on carrot cake. Overall, I'd buy it again!
