MobiCam 70060 Wireless Monitoring System

Despite the mainly horrible reviews, I went ahead and gave it a shot because of the price. We just plugged it in to try it out today and it was horrible. Our bedroom is probably no more than 15 feet from the babies room and it still wouldn't work right. About every 5 seconds the screen would go blue or to static. It would remain blue/static for about 10 seconds and then would switch back to picture for about another 5 seconds before switching again. Even with the video turned off, the audio would still go to a loud static every few seconds. Completely unusable. Returning to the store today.

I bought this not knowing there were analog monitors and digital monitors. This is an analog monitor which worked fine for the first couple months with only mild static if I moved it in just the right place on my nightstand. If it wasn't in the right spot the static would be so bad I couldn't sleep. After a few months no matter where I moved it all I could hear was static. After doing some research I trashed this one and got a digital and never looked back. Analog devices can get intference from any number of eletronics, digital ones do better at blocking out the interference. If you want to save some money you can get this monitor but I've been much happier with my crystal clear digital monitor. Spend a little more money and go digital, its worth it!

This monitor is not worth $100. More like $25. The static you pick up is HORRIBLE! It says inside it can go up to 150ft but in my home, the two machines are less than 30ft apart and the static is so bad... also the color isn't always working and the sound flickers on and off. I have to play around with the cord in order to get it back on. I did switch it out for a new one but we have the same problems minus the flickering of sound. I mailed the company to get a refund or return for a new item and they want to charge me to have someone look at the item and see if there is anything wrong! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! Save your $80, save a little more and buy a better one.

This product is not worth its reasonable price. The "night vision" or whatever it is supposed to have to allow the user to see the baby sleep at night RARELY works unless the room is lit up like a Christmas Tree - and what baby sleeps in a bright room? It is very frustrating when you want to check on what your baby is physically doing and you go to check the camera and it is black. The audio is fine, but if that is all i wanted I would have saved myself some money and bought a monitor that only provided audio.

I was so excited to move up from a regular baby monitor to this product and then I got it all set up and even gave it a week to see if any little changes that we made would help. Unfortunately we cannot here from the one that's in my toddlers room. Her room is the furthest (but really not that far from our room). All we hear from it is a loud motor sound and therefore cannot hear our daughter over that. Also there is a tremendous amount of static on it as well. :( Looks like I got my hopes up for nothing.
