Murray 21" 190cc 2n1 Self Propelled Mower

It is self propelled, but, if you have the wheels at the lowest setting the wheels turn but it doesn't move. :( Otherwise it's great, starts easily on first pull, mulches awesome. Very easy to assemble, could do it by myself. Good buy.

Iv'e only used it 5-6 times now and it's working fine. No problems. I'm using it for weeds on 5 acres and a yard. I'm satisfied so far. Time will tell...

The 1st time I used it the grass was a little higher than it should have been. But it cut it with out even slowing down. It is a little fast but all you would need to do to slow it down a little is set the idle screw down a little, Caution Be careful not to turn it down to much. I love the way this more performs and for the price you can not beat it any where.

Bought online Site to Store. Promised by Tuesday, it came on the Friday before. Much like another popular brand I relied on for 12 years! This has more speed, more self-propulsion and is not so noisy. Having both front wheels adjust up and down with one move, then the same one motion for both rear wheels is another nice feature. This adjustment to any of six clearly marked positions is almost effortless. Mulching leaves this fall should go a little faster.

I replaced my old Briggs & Stratton Push Mower with this one as the price even with the 3 year Walmart Warranty (which I highly recommend with any Walmart Product) was $150 less than most of the other mowers I had been pricing that had all of the same features as this one. The 190cc B&S motor goes beyond expectations I had for it on my acre lot. No problems even in very tall grass and damp morning grass. B&S makes a great mower engine. Last one lasted 12 years. The self propel is a pretty good speed and is easy to disengage with the handle release for the tight areas around the house. My only concern on durability, hence the 4 star rating, is that the wheels are plastic and I can see these (especially the front drive wheels) wearing out and needing to be replaced long before the motor has any problems.
