The man that came out did nothing but complain but how little he was paid. Then after only putting the coach together he ran out of time to put the chairs and table together. I was even half my money back , and paid someone to assemble. The light has never worked on the table, I'm trying to figure out how to replace it
So you don't know who you are getting when Anji sends someone over. Unfortunately the individual was not the brightest on this furniture set. This service was for 4-6 pieces, we got a small table pieced by the services and two bottom portions of the metal chair swivels. The person who they sent had only negative things to say. He did advise after two hours that we could call Anji to ask for more hours. Where is this mentioned on the services I clicked on and paid for? The services offered on the site don't add up. Additionally, the assembler was hesitant about calling Anji directly for providing us any assistance or to add extra hours himself - and honestly, it felt like he kept pushing the job off on us and he didn't fully understand his job or task… don't employees get a heads up about what type of furniture they are piecing together in advance? It doesn't sound like it, it also sounds like Anji expects a single person to be able to piece together a full patio set with an included fire pit in two hours. Yah the guy isn't Superman. Anji, you left a job unfinished, and need to do better for your associates. This was certainly not a single person job, and you'd better not fire him, he was extremely short changed by the company and you have a disappointed customer left to do 98% of the job on their own.
Since July 5th I have called 4 times to report wrong items and items missing from patio set. Have been put off each time telling me I would receive an e-mail regarding the matter. From July 5 to today I have never received any correspondence via emails. Please notify me or I will arrange to have these items returned at your expense.
The process was a little confusing and frustrating at first but it all ended well. The first appointment was scheduled without my knowledge… someone showed up at my house to assemble the furniture, but I did not know they were coming and I was not home. The second appointment was cancelled and rescheduled by the technician 2 times.. he did not show up for the third appointment. After I called again and scheduled for another technician to come out, that person showed up on time and did a great job. He was quick and very professional. I really appreciated that after all the previous mishaps.
Assembler left and did not complete the installation of the trampoline because he said that he ran out of time and that it was a he was not being paid overtime and so the job is incomplete. I provided the assembler the information about the product in advance, and I have an incomplete trampoline that I now have to complete myself. I had requested that he placed it in the corner. I came out to check and he had placed it in the middle of the yard and I told him I requested fourth to be placed in the corner of my yard so that I can use the rest of my yard and his response was that that was ambiguous and I said no that's what I want in the corner and he informed me that he had already anchored it I said well it needs to be moved because I don't want that in the middle of my yard where I can't use the rest of my yard I wanted it in the corner. He departed and left the remaining items that need to be assembled in the backyard left my gate open did not ring my front doorbell as he did when he came and he left so I will not be using this service anymore similar I provided him in advance the specs for this project and when he got here, I asked him did he get my information that I sent? He said yes, but he had not read it. He did not look at it until he got here and I said something so had he read it in advance he would've known that it was a two person job if he felt that it was a two person job then it could've been completed, but it was not completed.
