Dosage cup provided. Each Teaspoon Contains: Sodium 3 mg. Temporarily relieves nasal congestion due to the common cold, hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies. Temporarily relieves these symptoms due to hay fever (allergic rhinitis): runny nose; sneezing; itchy, watery eyes; itching of the nose or throat. Temporarily restores freer breathing through the nose. Do not take more than 6 doses in any 24-hour period. Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: 4 Tsp every 4 hours. Children 6 to Under 12 Years: 2 Tsp every 4 hours. Children 2 to Under 6 Years: Ask a doctor. Children Under 2 Years: Do not use. Store at 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Do not use in a child under 2 years of age.
