They are so disorganized i never even got the product had to cancel it and a month later still fighting to get my refunds. Terrible customer service Do not order from these guys

First order never delivered. Received notification from shipper product was damage and returned to shipper. Requested over night shipping from seller. Never received overnight shipping and once finally received product had damage. Damage was not caused by shipping company. Product was boxed and shipped with damage from shipper. Not inspected by seller before shipping out.

I ordered the Extang Solid Fold ALX for my Chevy truck…it was delivered without the necessary bolts and had a hole on the underside of the cover. I also had ordered the Undercover Hard folding tonneau cover 2 weeks prior and this also had missing parts which I sent back to Real Truck. Where is the quality control in making sure that everything is properly functioning ?? I ended up keeping the ALX and having it installed by an auto shop. Real Truck discounted the price for 10%. . . very dissatisfied with this company.

I would not buy this product again and don't like it. Supposed to fit my Honda Ridgeline 25 but is not quite right. Latch mechanism in the rear towards the tailgate is poorly designed and has a thin wire that broke on mine within the first week. Called customer service on 45min hold and not much help. Roundly disappointed.

I used to have the previous generation solidfold 2. 0 and it was great. This one however leaks terribly. My truck bed is soaked after a normal rain. I installed it perfectly and paid careful attention to aligning the top perfectly and getting good engagement with the brackets as well as retightening the brackets after a week of driving. Still it leaks terribly.
