[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It connects and when it work, it sounds fine, but I have a hard time connecting fully connected to the tv. Sometime sound is spatial it seems. People off screen sound separate. It's weird. If I'm in a game and an NPC is speaking off screen, they sound weird. The tv and the sound bar seem unsynced. While they are talking, if I turn and face them, all is well. Happens in movies too. Maybe I don't have it set up right. Idk. But I'm not a fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I like Samsung products, I find it hard to give this soundbar a full 5 stars. I've had it for 9 months and I find myself having to supplement the sound with an additional soundbar via the dual output feature from my phone to get it the way I want. I wish it came with the additional real speakers - without adjusting the price tag.

Easy to setup and deafening bass, magical surround

The sound is good. It does not really simulate surround sound very well. My TV is older and does not have a HDMI ARC input, so the TV remote will not control the volume. Must use the soundbar remote.
