Serta - Executive Office Chair - Biscuit Brown

I would definitely not recommend buying this chair used for a couple hours a day and I bought in June of 2022 and it's broken leanings to the rightside. I will go buy a used one like I have done in the past and I had it for over 2 year's I always get the extra coverage for what I buy but I didn't get it covered this time.

Assembly was not difficult. everything fit in place well. Quality is high particularly the leather on the chair. It's a very pretty grain and color is what I like with contrasting white stitch work. The chair baseplate is thicker steel than the office chair I just through out so I shouldn't have to worry about my 260lbs breaking this chair. It's very comfortable. I wish they could make an adjustable lumbar support; if you spend a great deal of time seated in office chairs you might wish for a simple adjustment such as this. A very good chair and the price beats Office Depot and others. Free delivery made a difference for me.

We bought 2 of these chairs for our kids for Christmas. The gray color of this desk chair is beautiful and classy and it is extremely comfortable!! BUT when my husband put them both together, they BOTH had a huge gap on one side where the backrest meets the seat cushion! It looks awful! One of the backrests was noticeably slanted! It seems like the 2 holes on each side of the chair, where the pieces screw in, were not drilled at the same exact spot on the left as the right. This caused the crookedness and the gap on only one side of the chair. (AND NO, WE CANNOT ADJUST THE SCREW HOLES IN ORDER TO FIX THE PROBLEM!) We paid too much for these chairs for them to be defective so unfortunately, we are returning them. Very disappointing! And now I have to search for better quality chairs elsewhere!

Not very comfortable, but tolerable. Does not adjust low enough. It was affordable, which is the best thing about it.

I needed four chairs for a small conference area. These chairs looked perfect. The price was right. When they came in (two days earlier than expected - EXTRA BONUS at no charge), they were nicer than I ever thought. I showed them off to my friend, who then ordered three from Hayneedle. He's getting them two days earlier than expected. FIVE STARS.
