I bought a 40 oz bag at Runnings and it is really poor quality. It's mostly thick, coarse, yellow stalks that look like straw. My guinea pigs lay in it for bedding, but they're not eating much so I end up throwing most of it out. I also recommend wearing gloves when you handle the hay or you'll be picking splinters out of your hands. Really disappointing.
