Purchased item and charged it immediately after I got it. Placed it on shelf to use if needed. Well it was needed and it would not charge my sons car. Recharged it even though it showed fully charged. Left on my sons car for an hour. Car still wouldn't start. Junk don't waste your money.

Junk! I bought it and didn't need to use it until recently. It charged my car one time. I recharged it and tried it again on my other car and it doesn't work. Doesn't even turn on even though it is fully charged. I'm hoping I'll still be able to return it even though its 6 months past the return date.

I purchased the first one and it arrived with a Hershey's cocoa box which exploded while in transit. Worked once and returned it with no problem. I went with a cheaper non Stanley jumper, heavier, bulkier and far inferior one! Not worth the hassle...Walmart accepted exchange and I'm back with the Stanley 600 which is by far worth 50.00. I carry it in my car for peace of mind. It has a light and I can charge devices with the USB while camping on Assateque Island and use the light to read. Great customer service at Walmart, and Stanley the best.
