sends out a screeching sound to other players listening and on my end it's really faded. I tried all the settings the xbox and game has. Just a bad headset. I want my money back I got the protection plan tthing. Never dropped or was rough with it. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Do not buy if you have a latex alergen. i purchased for my husband as a birthday gift, after using them ones he had a terrible reaction and broke out all around his ears and sides of his face. he has a latex allergy and we can only assume the the fake leather padding around the stereos are made with latex of treated with some kind of chemical.

I had turtle bay xofour before and they weren't battery powered. They were/are great. These unfortunately aren't as good. First you have to charge them and then when the mic is down you can hear your own voice as a slight echo. Which is very annoying when you are hiding in a room and can hear someone in the same building!!

Mostly first person shooters and what a difference it has made to my gameplay. I can hear every direction people are coming from, easier to block out external sounds (e.g. wife in the kitchen) and love the fact that it has volume and mic sensitivity on the headset as opposed to have to go into settings. Only niggle I have is that I wish the cable it came with was longer so you can charge and play at the same time, but then I just ended up using my Xbox controller cable to do that.

Second pair of Turtle Beach ever purchased for my PS4. Second pair however I decided to push the boat out slightly and pay a little more...and did it pay off! Definitely gets a little used to in the beginning however for FPS there is nothing better. Sound quality is brilliant...can almost hear the opposition players breathing the quality is so crisp! Head set blocks out all external noise which is a positive. Had to do a lot of tinkering with in game audio which at times can be very loud...but that is due to the game settings not the headset! Moving from less superior to more superior about blew my ear drums in the first game lol. Head set instruction booklet could have benefited from explaining what the secondary microphone volume was all about (for novices like me)...but that's only a minor negative. Everything else is just Uber positive. My stats have increased on Warzone...only issue now is team mates being too loud and drowning out Gulag footsteps
