very different
There is no mention of it in the ad before you buy it, but on the box it says that after 1 year the phone will stop working. It's supposed to be a trade off for keeping the phone affordable. This is shady and deceptive. Buyers should know what they are getting BEFORE THEY PURCHASE. Now I have to waste my time to return the phone.
Unreliable, couldn't make calls inside, had to go outside. Seemed to have glitch in phone, would go to make a call and it would go back to main screen.
My previous 2008 plan was from another carrier that Verizon bought out, so I was grandfathered in and was paying $5 every other month recently (barely use a phone so my account had over $200 in it). The $19.99 phones had no SIM
