HP - 61 2-Pack Standard Capacity Ink Cartridges - Black & Tri-Color

I have been ordering this brand of ink for years with no problem, and I keep my printer in great shape. I like to buy the original HP products as it gives me peace of mind and I can always count on them to work as they should. Until this last time. This last cartridge was faulty- which I didn't realize until my first couple of prints were oddly light, and then I removed the cartridge and got ink all over myself - and tried to wipe down the interior of the printer as best as I could. I spent the afternoon trying to get some solution from HP online as the cartridge was brand new, and this had never happened before. They were no help and said to contact the place of purchase. I also found out that the interior of my printer was damaged now as the cartridge had chipped some of the rubber tabs and it was definitely not worth fixing. So I had to buy a new printer. It's important to check to make sure the cartridge looks 100% OK before installing it.

It works well when new, and the printer is doing okay again. The trouble is that once you buy their printer you are stuck getting their cartridges. The cartridges also, if not used regularly, tend to plug up and the ink will dry within the jets. Sometimes you can get it to work again by following the tips on Youtube. Overall I wish I never bought their printer to begin with.

I ordered this HP ink to be delivered to my house so I didn't need to make a trip to Walmart. When I got my delivery the ink is still in the plastic case for theft. I called my local Walmart %26 now have to go there to get the case removed. The gal I talked to at the store was super nice %26 said she couldn't believe they did that but to bring the container with the ink back %26 they'd remove the case. I now have to make a trip to Walmart that I was trying to avoid to have the case removed.

I accidently bought wrong cartridge. $50. Went immediately back to store within 15 minutes. Wouldn't return. Said I had to go through HP because I opened the box. HP over an hour on phone. They say I have to go to WalMart. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm out $50. Can't believe I can't get help with this. I see unbelievable things returned at WalMart.
