Literally broke apart plastic snapped, called the warranty department and still nothing back

It was easy to assemble, the kids love it and the delivery was fast

I had bought another Jeep from Amazon that was the same price from a different manufacturer and it was built a lot better than the this one. It had a lot more options and came with a remote, BUT, it broke within the 11 months after being gently used. Hence, the Hot Wheels brand I bought from Walmart. Fingers crossed this one lasts.

The wire connection to the shifter was loose and the pedal does not work. When reconnecting it works momentarily but then wiggles loose again and the pedal does not work again. You have to unscrew the seat screws to access the location of the loose connection so it is even more inconvenient. I returned the jeep to Walmart because it was not acceptable. I purchased it from Amazon instead and there is no issue.

I was fine with assembling it but the instructions were almost completely useless. Put it together without even using them for the most part, that's how vague and unhelpful they were. Nothing really wanted to line up as it should. It was just too big of a hassle. The radio that is supposed to play songs isn't working at all. Not sure why? Also this thing has no power. I mean, it's fine for a 2 year old but it's advertised as 3-7 years old… a little more OOMPH and speed would have been nice. The only good thing I can say about this is she likes the color and the look of it.. For the price and the time it took putting it together… I'm disappointed in the end result. Thought Power Wheels was a good brand. We got the wheels but where is the power?!
