Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter Deep Treatment Masque 12 oz (Pack of 6)

They now have the new and improved formula that doesn't work for my hair anymore. They added more moisture(water) and it does not keep the frizz away like it did previously. Leaves my hair mushy and limp. Shea moisture please stop adding more moisture to your products and changing the ingredients. They don't work ws well and now I have to find a new brand. So frustrating trying to find something that works in 3b extra frizzy hair.

This was the only conditioner from Shea Moisture that I was buying because there's behentrimonium chloride in all of them (which can be toxic and damaging to the eyes). Sadly, I just noticed that now it has been added to this formula too so I will no longer purchase... wish you would at least keep a few of your products free from that chemical.

WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE FORMULA!!! WHY?! and it's not the only product. this is dishonest to the loyal customers that we are, and you did not even tell people. the masque used to work wonders, so great for my hair, so moisturing. The new formula is not good at all. If you keep changing every good thing you used to have, you will loose all your customers. What made the success of Shea moisture was the natural ingredients of formulas and their efficiency.

I have 2A, dry, high porosity hair and this product did not worked for my hair. My hair was drier after using it and my ends became more split. :( I am dissapointed, because I liked Shea moisture products. The Yucca&Plantain cleanser worked got for my hair.

When I applied this product to my hair it felt like it was stringy and dry but I thought that might be how it feels at the beginning so I left it in for about 30 minutes and when I rinsed this out of my already dry hair it made it feel like it was even more dry and left a gross dried out look to my hair
