I bought myself one and loved it so bought one for someone as a gift. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the wrong charger was included so the person I bought it for has been unable to charge it. I let them borrow mine, but now I can't charge mine. I emailed Customer Service and they had to take it to their supervisor and haven't heard back yet (has been over 24 hours). #sweepstakes
I bought the Vivosmart3 at a good price to replace my previous health tracker watch. I like the style and the size of this watch. However, there are major issues with the app that don't seem to be resolved. I have an iPhone XR, but when reading the customer service forum page, I see the same issues with different phone users. The sleep tracker is not sensitive enough. The steps and heart rate monitor seem OK. I don't use all the features. The wrist turn doesn't seem to work. The battery does not last long, only a couple days. I shut my phone off at night, and each morning I have to turn the bluetooth off then on again for the watch to sync to the phone. This has been an ongoing issue for quite a while, yet Garmin says they are working on it. There are many complaints about this. If I had spent more than I did for this watch, I would return it.
Im sure this might work out for some people but not for me. I have a gear fit pro 2 and thought I would try this out. It was terrible and I couldn't see the display or get it paired with my phone correctly. I was very disappointed with this purchase. I sent it back and received a full refund.
Worked good for the first 45 days! I've trying to revive it for the past 10 days with out prevail. Don't know what to do and would like a full refund. Still have the box it was shipped in with all the paperwork, cable and instructions. Please shed some light on me! Help!!!
Purchased this in February. Buydig clearly states that there is a 1 year warranty. In June the band broke and I inquired about the warranty. Buydig replied by saying "we only take returns for 45 days". Buydig DOES NOT honor their claimed 1 year warranty on their products.
