Overall a pretty good phone but texts across the top of the screen no longer offer the option of a drop down arrow to reply while staying on the screen you're on. Clicking on the text takes you to the text screen, making you have to leave the screen you were on. Also, phone cases for this phone have a circle on the touch/fingerprint area, which causes a mark on the screen when trying to watch movies. Not cool! Everything else is good, battery is great!

I purchased the S20 Ultra and the S20. The S20 is a bit smaller than I am used to but has awesome functionality. My husband loves the bigger version and if I had to do it over, i would have ordered 2 ultras. But that does not diminish the value of this model as it is easier to carry when I downsize my backpack to a smaller version.

Charging port feels loose already. Have to plug it in carefully to make it stay charging. Only had it for a few weeks

The screen is gorgeous, the camera powerful, and the extra RAM really speeds things up. It doesn't seem to have as much Samsung bloatware as I've had on previous Galaxy phones. In fact, the native apps are pretty good. Even Bixby is improving.
