KitchenAid Professional 5 Plus Series 5 Qt. Stand Mixer - Empire Red

I have had my Artisan mixer for several years and while nothing will replace it, this is certainly a nice addition. I will definitely say this has more power than the Artisan, and that alone is probably worth the upgrade. I also find that it does a better job of mixing ingredients evenly and not leaving stuff at the bottom that never incorporates into the batter or icing.

I've had this mixer since December 2014 and it has enhanced the way I cook and bake. I've started making homemade yeast bread and doughs thanks to the dough hook. So easy! I love the money I'm saving making so much from scratch now. Highly recommend!

I have used the KitchenAid mixer for home, professional, and now for a class room over many years. The reason I bought this was the versatility and reliability of KitchenAid! From pizza dough to cookie dough to cake batter we have always gotten great results and consistent product.

My mother had one of these when I was growing up and I enjoyed using hers. My husband gave this to me as gift for my first mother's day and birthday. I thoroughly enjoy using my mixer!! I've used it to make bread, muffins, and cookies. I even made my own butter with it! Turned out great! It is worth every penny spent on this machine.

I bought this two months ago and couldn't be happier. I've had my 4 Qt Kitchenaid for 17 years!!! It still is a great workhorse but I needed larger capacity. I can easily double batches with ease and it is still pretty quiet... I love the sleek design and cool silver color.
