Sourced from the Chiapas region of Mexico, Boulder Organic Mexico coffee is roasted to a medium level and brings forth a complex flavor combination of sweetness, honey, graham and caramel with a yellow-apple acidity. Grown as a Fair Trade and Organic product this coffee is harvested at 1700m - 1900m in altitude and is harvested November through March.
