Made in China. Could easily be made here, in the USA. Fasteners included were stainless, a plus and self threading. The strap was good, not super heavy duty but adequate. The built in "buckle" strap retainer was weak and not positive. It would be very much worth more money to pay for something more robust, and have a buckle/retainer that was sturdy.
