Genuine HAF-CIN Samsung Water Filter - 2 Pack

I wish to amend my poor review. While I did not get much help from the. live chat, I was finally able to cancel my subscription by calling to the number that was included in my email notification. So I just want to say I was able to cancel the subscription. I can't give it 5 stars because I was not able to use the product. I have to get someone to help me cut off the water so I can install the filter. The reason i am giving it 4 stars is because when I used th filter in the past, it did the job very well.

This filter works great. We have high mineral and bad tasting water where we live. Use it for cooking, the dog's bowl, making coffee, etc.

This product is essentially a lie. The packaging provides no information on what exactly is being filtered by the over priced bloated manufacturer. On this day of 8 September 2023, I've had a water test performed by professionals from the water filtration industry. The quality scale is 0 to 10, 10 being the worst. The water from my tap returns a 10 horrid. The water from my brand new Samsung refrigerator using the same tap water WITH this filter ranks a 9. I think Samsung and the manufacturer of this filter need to explain what this filter is doing and why it must exist. The price does not reflect the expected quality. For what it does do, SAMSUNG needs to refund the customers money.

i'm very sensitive about the taste of water. since i changed my samsung bespoke refrigerator this time, i no longer buy plastic water bottles. the water taste is clean and not smelly. my family also says that the water tastes good. i am very satisfied
